Ingredients for Aunt Ethel's Seafood Salad
creamettes macaroni shells
boiling water
1/2-3/4 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 tsp. diced onion
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup peas
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 lb. tuna (or red salmon)
1/4 cup chopped pimento (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
How to Make Aunt Ethel's Seafood Salad
Add 1/2 cup creamettes macaroni shells to boiling water and cook until tender (yet still firm)
Drain, rinse, chill
Mix the following ingredients in a medium bowl: 1 1/2 tsp. diced onion, 1 cup chopped celery, 3/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup diced green pepper, 1/2 lb. tuna (or red salmon), 1/4 cup chopped pimento (optional), 3/4 tsp. salt, pepper
