4 drops Lavender
4 drops Tea Tree
4 drops Patchouli
4 drops Lemongrass
4 drops Cedarwood
Only use therapeutic grade essential oils.
I prefer the New Directions Aromatics brand Lotion Base with Jojoba which is very light. If you prefer a thicker base you can substitute their Cream Base with Jojoba.
