Sift together:

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 1/2 cups flour

Stir together:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add:

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup raisins
