Turkey Dry Brine

  •  1 T kosher salt per 5lbs of turkey
  • 1t thyme
  • 1t garlic powder
  • 1t sage or rosemary
  •  

How to Make
Turkey Dry Brine

  1.  Mix all items together
  2. Sprinkle all over turkey
  3. Inside, and out 
  4.  Let rest uncovered 24-72 hours
