Ingredients of
Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper


How to Make
Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Blend until smooth. Use at least one frozen fruit or add ice.
