I first had this recipe at Sue Pekor's house at a Hall holiday brunch. Delicious!

Ingredients of
Breakfast Casserole
6 eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1/3 cup milk
2 cups frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (can use black forest ham or back bacon)
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 tbsp melted butter
Sprinkle of paprika
How to Make
Breakfast Casserole
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, pepper, salt and hot sauce. Whisk in milk until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese, bacon and green onion.
Pour into a greased 9” deep dish pie plate, drizzle with melted butter and a sprinkle of paprika.
Bake at 325℉ for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
This recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
