Ingredients of
Breakfast Casserole

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (can use black forest ham or back bacon)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Sprinkle of paprika


How to Make
Breakfast Casserole

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, pepper, salt and hot sauce. Whisk in milk until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese, bacon and green onion.
  2. Pour into a greased 9” deep dish pie plate, drizzle with melted butter and a sprinkle of paprika.
  3. Bake at 325℉ for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  4. This recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
