Ingredients of
Corn Puff Caramel Corn

  • 1 - 8 oz bag of Corn Puffs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda

How to Make
Corn Puff Caramel Corn

  1. Place Corn Pops in a large roaster pan and put aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, cook butter, brown sugar and syrup for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 tsp of baking soda to the mixture. The mixture will start to foam.
  4. Pour caramel mixture over the Corn Puffs in the roaster and stir until evenly coated. Place in 250°F oven for 45 minutes. Stir at least every 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour on wax or parchment paper and break apart.
