Score one side of chicken breasts in a checkerboard pattern. Rub both sides of chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Mix spices together and sprinkle over chicken.
Dredge spiced chicken through flour and shake off excess flour.
Heat a large frying pan at medium heat. When hot, add 1/4 cup of butter. When butter is melted add chicken and cook for 4 minutes then flip. Move chicken to one side of pan to make room for sauce.
Add 1/4 cup butter to the pan then garlic.
Add the honey, soya sauce and apple cider vinegar to the garlic butter and stir. Continually baste chicken with the sauce and continue cooking for another 3 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 1650F. The sauce will thicken as it cooks.
