Ingredients of
Spinach Dip

  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 package Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip


How to Make
Spinach Dip

  1. Squeeze all excess water out of spinach. 
  2.  Mix ingredients and let sit for 2 hours. 
  3.  Serve with mini pitas cut in halves or cut large pitas in small triangles.  
  4. You can also hollow out a sour dough or pumpernickel loaf and spoon your dip into the cavity (as seen in the photo).  Cube the bread you just removed from the center of the loaf to be used for dipping.

Notes

Chopped water chestnuts can also be added for extra crunch.

If you want to avoid people double dipping, and you are using mini pita’s cut in half, you can pre-stuff them and arrange them on a serving dish.
