Spread the cream cheese in a thin even layer over the bottom of the cookie sheet. Spread the salsa in a thin even layer on top of the cream cheese. Chop (into small pieces) the green pepper, green onion, tomato, Jalapeno peppers and sprinkle evenly over the dip. Next, grate the cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the chopped ingredients.
Serve with nacho chips.

This dip should be served close to room temperature or it will break your nacho chips.
