Brown ground beef until well done and follow taco seasoning directions on the package. Put aside.
Wash, dry and tear romaine and iceberg lettuce into bite size pieces and put in an extra large bowl. Chop one green onion bunch and add it to the bowl. Add 1 package of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Cube 1 large tomato and add it to the bowl. Add the seasoned ground beef to the bowl and salad dressing to taste. Toss and sprinkle crushed Doritos over top of the salad.
You can also add salsa and sour cream as an alternative to the Italian dressing.
