Gaye McGee humbly admits she’s not a chef by trade—but her Hot Cheese Potato Salad has become a star at every family gathering. This rich, creamy dish blends tender red potatoes with green olives, onions, and melty Velveeta cheese for a comforting, crowd-pleasing favourite.

A country classic straight from her Malden Center kitchen, Gaye’s potato salad is a warm reminder that the best dishes come not from fancy techniques, but from a heart full of love. Now, she’s happy to pass it along to your table too!
